How to order
Begin by configuring your Tonfly Suit online with all your options, colors and measurements at this link for the Tonfly Configurator (Slow to load)
Make sure you follow either this link for the Male Measuring Guide or this link for the Female Measuring Guide
At Step 5 (Special requests), write Skydiving Gear Canada
At Step 6 (End), enter your first name, your last name, and then the Skydiving Gear Canada's e-mail address Orders@skydivingcanada.ca
Click SAVE CONFIGURATION
Next, you return to Skydiving Gear Canada to pay for your suit by adding this suit and options you selected to your cart and checking out on our site.
Our teem will contact you to go over any additional questions and/or changes if we have any, and then finalize the order for production with Tonfly.
As soon as the suit arrives from Tonfly, it will ship to you and will not hold up any additional items your have order from Skydiving Gear Canada!
Suit Specifics
Male and female models are slightly different to ensure a proper fit. The suits are cut to allow free movement of the shoulders, knees and elbows.

FAQs
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. All items are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Orders for in-stock items usually process within 1-2 business days, though this may be longer during busy periods. If your item is out of stock or if there are delays, we will inform you.
Free shipping typically arrives in 2-6 business days. Express shipping options are available at check-out for an additional fee.
International shipping
We ship to most locations worldwide. Orders shipped outside of Canada, the US, and Mexico will incur local duty/customs fees and do not qualify for the free shipping offer on orders over $100. Internationally, each country has its own regulations for handling imported goods. We do not cover or pre-pay import fees for shipments outside Canada, the US, and Mexico.

Tracking
All orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or Canada Post. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow 12-24 hours for tracking information to update after it has been assigned to your shipment.
Returns/Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for gear that is unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged within 60 days of delivery. All returned gear will be inspected before we process a return, refund or exchange.
Please contact us, and we will provide you with a return shipping label. We offer one free exchange per helmet or clothing purchase to help you find the best fit (please refer to the product size guides). Any additional exchanges will incur a return shipping fee of $10-15. If you are returning an item because you no longer need or want it, a return fee of approximately $10-15 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of using the shipping label.
Custom Products
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on custom products. If you have issues with a custom product, we can assist you by contacting the manufacturer to seek a resolution, but we cannot guarantee the outcome. Each case will be handled individually.
Pick up / Trying on items
Please note that we are a fully online store and do not have a physical storefront in order to keep our overhead and prices low. However, we enjoy meeting fellow skydivers and helping you select new gear. We offer pickup and gear fittings, by appointment only, with our representatives based in Ontario.
