Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges for gear that is unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged within 60 days of delivery. All returned gear will be inspected before we process a return, refund or exchange.

Please contact us, and we will provide you with a return shipping label. We offer one free exchange per helmet or clothing purchase to help you find the best fit (please refer to the product size guides). Any additional exchanges will incur a return shipping fee of $10-15 (more for international). If you are returning an item because you no longer need or want it, a return fee of approximately $10-15 (more for international) will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of using the shipping label.
